Capital Wine & Spirits is the product of Ry Phann, a Cambodian refugee who came to Minnesota and laid down his roots. Ry attended Brown College as well as Mankato State, later going on to work at 3M before opening up his own store. He is happily married to his wife Vathena, with whom he has two sons.
The store is a family-owned and operated liquor store located in the Frogtown neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. For over 20 years our store is dedicated to providing the community with the best selection of wines, spirits, and beers from around the world.
